Please note: dental implants aren't covered by Medicaid, Medicare, or grant programs. Additionally, insurance may only cover up to $2k. Most patients finance them through a third-party lender. A credit score of 650 or higher generally qualifies on its own; below that, you'll need to bring a co-signer to your appointment.

What Sets Us Apart From Other Implant Centers?

Plenty of implant ads dangle a low headline price just to get you in the chair. What they leave out are the add-ons stacked on afterward — so the invoice you actually receive looks nothing like the number that drew you in.

We take the opposite approach. Every service below is built into your price at no extra cost.

Other Clinics: The Fees They Don't Advertise

  • ❌Sedation is extra: IV sedation usually isn't part of the quote — plan on roughly $1,000 added on top.
  • ❌Extractions & bone grafting: Each extracted tooth will be billed separately, usually at around $400 per tooth. Limited bone grafting is also a separate charge, generally ranging from $1,000 to $2,000. These additional costs can add up to thousands of dollars.
  • ❌Per-implant fees: Typically, 4 to 6 implants are required for a full arch implant treatment and those implants are often charged individually, at around $2,000 per implant. So, in the end, the patient will owe $8,000 to $12,000 out of pocket.
All-Inclusive Guarantee

RIVER HILLS DENTISTRY

  • ✅Oral sedation is covered: Never a separate line item. Stay completely calm and comfortable throughout surgery.
  • ✅Free extractions: We take out your remaining teeth at no additional charge — something other clinics tack on around $400/tooth.
  • ✅No per-implant surcharge: Up to 6 implants are included with nothing extra out of pocket.
  • ✅Free limited bone grafting: Should limited bone grafting be needed, it's on us — elsewhere that's about a $2,000 add-on.

On average, our patients keep more than $15,000 in their pockets when choosing us for their full arch dental implants.

Only dental implants stop the bone loss that follows a missing tooth.

Jawbone health deterioration over time without dental implants

When a tooth is lost, the jawbone will gradually shrink over time. When multiple tooth roots are lost, the shrinkage can cause sagging of the face and a premature appearance of aging. Conventional dentures, unfortunately, will not halt this process – dental implants are the only tooth replacement that can help preserve the jawbone.

Regular Dental Bridge vs Dental Implants (Pros & Cons)

Down a tooth or a few in a row? This video is for you.

Missing one tooth, or a few side by side? Two common treatment options are a dental bridge or an implant. The video explains the benefits and considerations of each. While both can be effective, we often recommend an implant because it replaces the missing tooth root and helps preserve the surrounding bone.

Regular Dentures vs Full Arch Dental Implants (Pros & Cons)

Lost a full row of teeth? Give this video a watch.

Lost a whole row of teeth? You really have two paths: traditional dentures or a full arch of implants. Many people reach for plastic dentures first without realizing what it costs them down the road. In truth, dentures speed up jawbone loss, lead to a sagging facial profile, and turn eating into a chore.

A full arch of implants sidesteps every one of those issues and holds up beautifully for the long haul — often 40+ years with no replacement. Dentures, on the other hand, keep needing adjustments and remakes as they wear out over time.

What are dental implants?

Discover why millions of Americans are choosing implants for good.

Don’t settle for a tooth replacement option based on price alone. Dentures, bridges, and partials can all be effective solutions, but dental implants offer the closest look, feel, and function to natural teeth—and with proper care, they can last 20 years or more.

Bridges and dentures can be effective tooth-replacement options, but they may need to be repaired or replaced over time. Dental implants are designed as a longer-term solution, helping patients avoid repeated treatment costs while providing greater stability, function, and confidence.

So, how do they work?

Single teeth replaced by dental implants have three main components: the implant or post, which is made of medical grade titanium, set surgically in the jawbone, and given 4-6 months to heal; the abutment, which connects directly on top of the implant; and the crown, which is on top of the abutment.

That post becomes the anchor for everything above it. Once the surrounding bone has fully healed, the abutment and crown are attached on top, leaving you with a new tooth that looks completely natural.

In everyday life, almost no one will know which teeth are implants and which are natural.
